Lost/Damaged Items Policy:
We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. If your tracking shows the item as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigate further.
Wrong Shipping Address:
If you provide an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before the order ships.
If the package ships to the wrong address and is returned to us, a reshipment fee will be required.
If the package does not return to us, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
